About us

We thank you for taking the time to browse our website and hope you have found all the information you need. We would like you to know a little about ourselves and how we came to be running our chalet Les Cascades in Champery.

We are Matt and Sam and met in our hometown of Cambridge. At that time we were working as an orthotist and an electrician. Matt introduced me to skiing and since then there’s been no turning back. We decided that we would love to live and work in the Alps.

After searching many ski resorts in the French/Swiss Alps we stumbled across the charming village of Champery and fell in love with it. This was the place we would like to live. After a long four years we eventually saw our dream realized and we are now living and working in Champery.
